We prepare, package, and ship orders Monday to Friday, within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is the rate for the first item, plus 1 € for each additional item in the same order. A country-specific rate always takes priority over the general European Union rate.

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility, and the item should come back to us in the condition you received it ~ otherwise the refund cannot be processed.
We don't accept order cancellations once an order is placed. If something's wrong, message us ~ we'll try to make it right.
